Emulsoil – Emulsifiable Cutting and Turning Oil – 1 L/5 L
Emulsoil is an emulsifiable oil recommended for conventional processes such as cutting, turning and grinding of metals, in plants operating at low concentrations (centralized systems, molding of welded pipes) and in severe operations such as drilling, milling, tapping, threading, saw cutting, and all the operations in which water lubricants can be employed. The product is designed for all ferrous materials and in the most part for yellow alloys of easy and medium workability.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: The percentage of use has to be increased according to the operation severity. Emulsoil has to be added gradually to water while shaking the solution at the same time.
